🚨 Disclaimer: This post might just end the age-old debate between remote, hybrid, and on-site work warriors.

Let’s take a peek at my daily grind when I was rocking the hybrid/Onsite life:

πŸ•˜ 9 am: Kick off the day by sifting through emails.
πŸ•€ 9:30 am: Set the day’s agenda – mostly planning how to survive without coffee.
πŸ•₯ 10:30 am: Coffee break - the real reason anyone shows up to work.
πŸ•š 11 am: Daily standup meeting.
πŸ•› 12 pm: Another coffee break because, why not?
πŸ•§ 12:15 pm: Grind on requirements/create user stories.
πŸ• 1 pm: Lunch - the halftime show of the workday.
πŸ•‘ 2 pm: One-to-One meetings/Workshops – translating what we just agreed on into what we actually do.
πŸ•Ÿ 3:30 pm: Documentation – or as I like to call it, making things official.
πŸ•Ÿ 4:30 pm: Review the day’s work - a quick look back to see if I still remember the morning’s coffee.
πŸ•” 5 pm: Wrap up with a coffee – because all good things should end with coffee.

And here’s how I roll remotely:

πŸ•— 8 am: Start by tackling emails and setting the day’s agenda. Basically, a solo performance of the morning’s greatest hits.
πŸ•€ 9:30-10:30 am: Quick bite/Errand – multitasking at its finest.
πŸ•₯ 10:30 am: Coffee break, because some traditions just can’t be broken.
πŸ•š 11 am: Daily standup meet.
πŸ•› 12 pm: Coffee break, the sequel.
πŸ• 1 pm: Lunch – still the best part of any day.
πŸ•‘ 2 pm: One-to-One meetings/Workshops – where β€˜mute’ and β€˜unmute’ become more than just buttons.
πŸ•’ 3-4 pm: Personal stuff – come living that work-life balance dream.
πŸ•“ 4 pm: Back to requirements/user stories – now with added home comfort.
πŸ•” 5 pm: Documentation with a side of coffee – because paperwork tastes better with espresso.
πŸ•‘ 6:30 pm: Review the work done during the day – a gentle reminder of what I was supposed to do.
πŸ•– 7 pm: Wrap up – closing the laptop like it’s the end of an epic movie.

Conclusion: Whether it’s remote or on-site, as long as the coffee breaks are held on time , who really cares where the work gets done? β˜•πŸ˜‰

P.S: Some days , the coffee is replaced by Tea. The break timings, though, are never replaced
